Paul, the technician was FANTASTIC. Polite, quick, and answered all of our questions.

Our issues were with the payment system in place.
1) We were charged a diagnostic/service call fee when their website clearly states that we shouldn't have been (within 15 miles). We had to call to get that refunded. We also properly diagnosed the issues ourselves.
2) We were prompted to leave a tip (of 15, 20, or 25%). If I had cash I would have thrown the tech a $20 or two, but the 15% tip was listed at $127.

Both of these things made us feel dirty about using the company, and knowing that Mr. Jett is the mayor of the town north of us makes us wonder "Who is this scammer running McHenry?"

Jets were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable .explained the new furnace and central that was installed in my home I would highly recommend them to anyone plus will be using there services for maintenance on my mechanical equipment.

We were 35 year customers of another heating & air company (who recently sold) that told us on their recent cleaning visit that we needed a new heat exchanger on the 7 year old Lennox that they had previously installed. After some discussion with that technician regarding pricing etc, the whole thing felt like a con job. I called Jett's for a 2nd opinion. Gavin came out and checked our furnace. Not only did we NOT need a new exchanger, the last tech didn't even bother to clean the furnace correctly like they were paid to do. Thank you Jett's! Thank you Gavin! When you treat people fairly you get rewarded. You not only get to add me to your customer list, but I'll be bringing 3 more accounts with me immediately. Word of mouth is a powerful thing.....buckle up you may be getting more.

I would highly recommend Jett’s for any HVAC needs. Our air conditioning went out and they were able to come out same day and determine the issue. We needed a new unit which they were able to come out next day to instal. The techs were polite and completely cleaned when left us with a cool home. Thank you!

Jetts installed a new central AC unit for us 5 years ago and we had a great experience. So when it came time for a new furnace, we got quotes from a few companies, including Jetts. We ultimately chose Jetts not only due to fair pricing, but because of promptness in coming to our house for an inspection and quote, returning phone calls, excellent service and communication. New furnace was installed, workers on time and courteous. We also use Jetts for yearly inspections and service on our HVAC system. Highly recommend.

Called last week the night before the big heat wave as our air quit working. Paul was able to troubleshoot over the phone and knew what was needed. The office called the next morning 1st thing and had me scheduled that day. On time and the tech took care of the problem within an hour. Excellent, professional service. Highly recommend.
