A standard service call is usually $210.00. It is $105.00 for the Diagnostic Trip Charge and $105.00 per hour for the Labor Charge.

An A/C or Furnace Cleaning is $105.00. This includes a 1” Filter Change, Cleaning of the unit and an inspection of the unit to ensure all parts are operating as they should be.

Yes, we do offer a Maintenance Program, we call it an “SEA” it is our Service and Efficiency Agreement. We offer 1 Year, 3 Year and 5 Year Agreements, each increasing in the amount you would save per year. See (Link) for more information!

We offer 2 hour appointment windows Monday-Friday starting with 8:00AM-10:00AM and ending with 2:00PM-4:00PM. If you do need an appointment outside of these days and times, we can do our best to accommodate, but your exact request may not something we can guarantee. Appointments outside of our normal windows may be subject to overtime charges.

While we’d love to answer “No” to this question, there are some things that we are unable service at this time. Some of those things are: Duct Cleaning, Service on Steam Boilers, Triangle Tube Boilers, Chillers, Walk in Coolers and Ptac Units.
