If the residential service call is within a 15 mile radius, there will be no diagnostic fee and the technician will provide you with a quote for the repair.

If the service call is for commercial or the residential is outside of the 15 mile radius, the service call is $230.00, plus parts. The breakdown is $115.00 for the Diagnostic Trip Charge and $115.00 per hour for the Labor Charge.

An A/C or Furnace Cleaning is $115.00. This includes a 1” filter change, cleaning of the unit and an inspection of the unit to ensure all parts are operating as they should be.

Yes, we do offer a Maintenance Program, we call it an “SEA” it is our Service and Efficiency Agreement. We offer 1 Year, 3 Year and 5 Year Agreements, each increasing in the amount you would save per year. Maintenance Agreement Payment Plans

We offer 2 hour appointment windows Monday-Friday starting with 8:00AM-10:00AM and ending with 2:00PM-4:00PM. If you do need an appointment outside of these days and times, we can do our best to accommodate, but your exact request may not something we can guarantee. Appointments outside of our normal windows may be subject to overtime charges.
